Pandolfino opened up his first barber shop specializing in the cutting of men's hair in Natick, Massachusetts. Peter continued striving for excellence by taking hair styling courses when available and by attending hair shows in LasVegas, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Miami and New York City. At a hair show in New York City he was very impressed by the non-medical hair replacement systems that were being offered at that time. They were showing hair systems that were being used by many leading actors in the Hollywood industry. Pete then decided to incorporate and promote non-surgical hair replacement systems to some of his existing customers in his barber shop who were losing their hair. He found that his business began to grow into more of a hair restoration operation, mainly by word of mouth and by marketing non-medical hair replacement systems to the entire New England area. Today, without a doubt, we have the most advanced, undetectable, most affordable hair systems in New England. In 1977, he opened another hair salon, which catered to just women, in which his son Paul took over that operation. That business also became very successful. Five years later in 1982, due to overwhelming response, Pete's first hair replacement studio was opened, strictly catering to men and women with various forms of hair loss.
